Who we are

The South East Regional Health Authority is a statutory body of the Ministry of Health & Wellness. It is one of four regional health authorities established through the National Health Services Act in 1997.

SERHA is responsible for delivering healthcare in Kingston & St. Andrew, St. Catherine and St. Thomas. Our network includes 10 hospitals and 92 health centres.

The Mission of the South East Regional Health Authority is to promote and safeguard the health of the Jamaican people in collaboration with individuals, groups/agencies through the provision and monitoring of cost-effective, preventive, curative, promotive and rehabilitative services delivered by adequately trained and motivated personnel.
